My slave has become very fat, so I ordered him to exercise to lose weight. I left him to train on the stationary bike, but as soon as I get back I find him doing it at a really painful pace. So I decide this ball of lard should be punished, if he can't move, I'll kick it in the balls. In a few minutes I think I've destroyed them, so I leave and leave him on the stationary bike again. If he doesn't want to stop destroying his balls, he has to train intensely.
