ITALIAN SPEAKING

Today my slave will go through a tough breath control training session. First I bandage his head with cling film, and then I put some earmuffs on him that won't let him hear what's going on around him. At this point I can start, the daily goal is to pass the minute with my hands on his mouth to control his breathing. For now I feel satisfied, but training in the next few days will become harder and harder, with increasingly difficult goals to achieve.
